Key Steward/ess Responsibilities

  • As a Steward/ess, you will be responsible for providing high-level service to guests aboard the yacht, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • You will manage guest accommodations, including making beds, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining the overall tidiness of guest areas.
  • You will assist with meal service, including preparing and serving meals, ensuring that guests’ dietary preferences and requests are met.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior of the yacht, including the guest rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
  • You will handle guest requests, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and with discretion, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • You will assist in organizing and coordinating onboard events, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
  • You will manage inventory and supplies for the interior of the yacht, ensuring that all materials are stocked and properly maintained.
  • You will assist with laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothing for guests and crew.
    You will ensure that all areas of the yacht are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Lastly, you will work closely with other crew members, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service throughout the yacht.
