Key Spa Therapist / Masseuse Responsibilities
- As a Spa Therapist / Masseuse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments and massages to guests, ensuring their relaxation and well-being.
- You will offer a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services, tailored to the guests’ preferences and needs.
- You will maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment, ensuring that all equipment, products, and tools are properly sanitized and ready for use.
- You will assess guests’ needs, discussing their preferences, medical history, and any areas of concern before providing treatments.
- You will ensure the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, respecting the privacy and comfort of guests at all times.
- You will manage the spa’s inventory, ensuring that all products and supplies are well-stocked, and order new items as needed.
- You will provide aftercare advice to guests, offering recommendations for maintaining the benefits of treatments.
- You will ensure that all spa equipment is in excellent working condition, reporting any issues to the relevant staff for repairs or maintenance.
- You will assist with setting up and maintaining the spa’s schedule, ensuring that guests’ appointments are efficiently managed.
