Key Bosun Responsibilities

- You will manage the yacht’s tenders and water sports equipment, ensuring everything is properly maintained, launched, and stored.
- You will supervise the deck crew, assigning tasks, overseeing their work, and ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standard.
- You will ensure that safety protocols are followed, conducting regular drills and ensuring that safety equipment is in working order.
- You will assist with navigating the yacht, helping with lookout duties and providing support to the captain and officers.
- You will maintain and manage the yacht’s deck inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- You will provide leadership and guidance to junior deckhands, training them and ensuring they follow best practices.
